Who can use this service?

Our service is for anyone who wants friendly, non-medical help with technology, light household tasks and companionship — but we don’t provide personal or medical care.

Are your team members vetted?

Yes — every helper is DBS-checked and trained to provide kind, trustworthy support.

Where can I meet for in-person support?

Support can take place either in your own home or at a local community location such as your library.

Is Tulsi Tech Care a healthcare provider?

No. Tulsi Tech Care is not a regulated healthcare or home care provider, and we do not offer medical or nursing services. Instead, we provide non-medical support with technology, safety, and companionship through trusted, DBS-checked helpers.

Is there a cost for the service?

Not right now. We’re in a pilot phase, so there are no fixed fees. Any suggested contributions will be clearly explained.

Do I need to be “good with tech” to benefit?

Absolutely not. We work at your pace and explain everything clearly — no jargon, no pressure.
